Announcing YesWeServe's Ghana trip this summer!

Next Thursday, 2 February, you are invited to an orientation meeting for YesWeServe’s trip to Ghana this summer.

As is our custom, besides ministry, our trips also include other aspects to help team-members gain a deeper understanding of both the history and the culture of the people we will be serving.

Even if you are only curious about this opportunity at this time, come on over and we will be prepared to answer any questions you might have, and explain requirements, expectations, opportunities, etc.

The focus this summer will be on construction and medical services.  We have several exciting sustainability projects lined up, and we will be discussing them at the meeting.

YesWeServe encourages people to minister in their gift set.  You may have looked for an opportunity such as this – or tried to avoid it in the past? - and God has been waiting for you to be willing to step out in faith so that you can grow in Him!

The meeting will begin shortly after the conclusion of S.T.A.R.T.S., our tutoring and arts program, at about 6:15 p.m. in our office at Grace UMC, 2325 East Third Street in Long Beach, CA.  Look for us at the far east entrance of the building where it says “Suffer the children to come unto me” – Luke 18:15.

See you Thursday night!
